What is What a Thought?

What a Thought is a very simple Content Management System (CMS) for a website. It's along the same lines as WordPress, but much, much simpler.

What a Thought is designed to make it very simple to have a simple, flexible website that needs little to no technical maintenance or background knowledge, as it uses no external tools like databases or JQuery libraries.

What What a Thought offers is a set of simple HTML pages, which you can change, add or remove as you desire through a bare-bones administration panel. You can also upload photos, have sidebars and tweak how the pages look and feel.

A smattering of HTML and CSS knowledge is recommended, though the latter is only really needed when designing the site's style when you first create it. Other than that, no technical knowledge is required.
